Well, the time is beginning to count down when I have to begin thinking about getting my rear back into gear and go to work......Trust me, I have thought of all the ways to get around going back, but have not come up with one that is suitable...The benefits are the key to our happiness, and my work is where it is at. Did you know that you can work part-time at Starbucks and get benefits? That may not be such a bad idea-there is one right around the corner from me that would be super convenient. The reality is that I am not very good at the whole hippie, cool, artsy thing, so I am sure that it is not the place for me. I do not think that they hire psduedo conservative Republicans...On second thought, maybe I should go check it out.
Have you ever thought what ridicule you face by admitting out loud that you are a (gasp!) Republican? All sorts of opinions are generated about you in a second--It is almost like admitting that you are a Christian. Everyone has something to say about your beliefs or what they think that your beliefs are. What is the big deal about having opposing views? I like it and feel that you can learn quite a bit from just listening to what is said. You do not have to believe it, like it, or agree with it, but you can not help but learn SOMETHING from someone who has a different opinion than you. Sorry for the rant, but what a pet peeve of mine!!!
